Church Center announcements
For your most important emails, you can optionally post a Church Center announcement with a link to view the email. It's a simple toggle when sending, so your people see it in Church Center too.

Need a list refreshed at a specific time? Set a custom refresh schedule by day and time for any individual list.
Set a global default, override by category, then fine-tune individual lists. Permissions cascade so you only configure what you need to.
Drop content straight into your emails
Import events, groups, and registrations directly from Planning Center into the email editor. Titles, descriptions, dates, images, and signup links all come through automatically.

Browse upcoming events and insert them with their image, title, description, date, time, and a link to the event page.
Groups
Search and filter groups by type. Import them with their image, title, description, group type, and a link to sign up on Church Center.
Registrations
Browse registrations by category. Each one comes with its image, title, description, dates, and a direct signup or details link.
Toggle which fields to include for each content type: image, title, description, dates, and buttons. Your preferences are saved for next time.
Customize the link button label for each import. "Sign Up Now", "Learn More", "Register Today". Whatever fits your email.
Import as individual blocks for full control, or as a card grid for a clean two-column layout. Rearrange or edit anything after import.

Select Planning Center as a link type on items in the email editor. A picker opens where you can browse and search your Planning Center content without leaving the editor.
